The 7th & 8th Grade Book Club

The spring 7th & 8th grade book club started on January 30th.  There are 7 students reading the book Code Orange written by Caroline B. Cooney.  This is an “edge-of-your-seat” thriller about a boy at a Manhattan prep school who must do a research project on an infectious disease.  In searching through old medical books at the library he finds smallpox scabs in the book.  “The report is no longer about the grade--it’s about life and death.”

The Book Club is hosted by Mrs. Shrewsbury, and Mrs. Kolar, and is also joined by Mrs. Wiersbinski, and Mrs. Kessler.
